Understand the mechanism
A transparent guide to launches, creator fees, eligible markets and the limits of isolated strategies.
Overview
PerpetualPad is a Solana launchpad with creator-selected long or short strategies. Creator fees can become isolated collateral on the same token — but only when a supported, sufficiently liquid perpetual market and independent price reference exist.
How it works
Your token. Your strategy.
Tracked separately per coin.
Market, oracle and liquidity.
Eligible fees only. Risk capped.
- Create a coin and select Long or Short.
- Creator fees accrue in the token's Pump.fun creator vault.
- A per-coin job checks the configured market, liquidity, reference price and volatility.
- Only eligible fees can fund a risk-capped isolated position. Current execution gates still apply.
Eligibility
Markets are matched using an explicitly configured token mint, never a ticker. An eligible token needs all of the checks below.
- Supported market
- Verified mint-to-venue mapping
- Liquidity
- At least $250,000
- Reference freshness
- No more than 30 seconds old
- Price deviation
- Within 2%
- Hourly volatility
- Within ±15%
Risk controls
Default requested leverage is 2x, selectable from 1x to 100x. Actual leverage must respect the market’s limit and validated margin requirements; 100x is not guaranteed to be available. Collateral is capped at $5,000 per coin. New allocations pause below 30% liquidation distance. Independent price checks and volatility circuit breakers protect the allocation process; they do not eliminate loss.
Architecture
Solana and venue access run server-side. Public pages read fixed transparency views. Allocation jobs use a unique coin-and-UTC-day key so settled jobs cannot repeat. The owner-approved launcher is the signing path for token deployment, refunds and creator-fee claims; wallet secrets are encrypted and never exposed to the browser. Trading execution is a separate capability.
Recorded actions appear in a coin's audit trail. On-chain signatures, when available, link to an explorer; simulations are labelled.
Current status
Walletless launch requests, deployment, failed-launch refund handling and creator-fee claiming are implemented. Their settings and global pause determine availability; enabled settings do not prove successful on-chain operation. A successful real-money launch/refund cycle is not established by this documentation.
Hyperliquid public market data and Solana reads are integrated. Live leveraged order signing, collateral conversion and venue funding are not available. Payment checks currently depend on keeping the launch page open; background scheduling is not verified.
View current system checksOwner-provided address. Not on-chain verified; the latest read-only Solana check returned no account. Metadata, supply, ownership and trading availability are unverified.
Disclaimer
Nothing here is financial advice. No returns, market coverage or execution outcomes are guaranteed. Isolated margin limits the posted collateral at risk but does not prevent total loss. PerpetualPad is independent and is not affiliated with Pump.fun.
